Welcome to Schnapper Point Boat Hire!
This
is your one stop fishing shop, Boat hire, Fishing Tackle, Bait, Fishing Lessons,
Fishing Adventures and a Kiosk are centrally located on one of the Mornington
Peninsula’s premier beaches and directly opposite Mornington Pier and Schnapper
Point Boat Ramp.
Come
on down to the Schnapper Point and get onto the fish!
Boat Hire
Our hire boats are fully surveyed and maintained.
You don’t require a boating licence to operate one of our vessels and best of
all some of Port Phillip Bay’s best fishing spots are located in our surveyed
area. Don’t waste your time with scores of other punters fighting over the same
fish, hire a boat from Schnapper Point Boat hire and be your own captain.
If it’s Snapper that you want then your in luck,
Ansett’s reef, B Buoy and the 18 meter line are all just minutes away. We
operate in daylight hours so we can get you on the water as the sun rises.
Whiting, Squid, Flathead, Garfish, Salmon, Couta and
of course the elusive big Red are amongst our regular list of captures. For

We have Ten boats Ranging from fibreglass half
cabins capable of fishing 6 people right through to New Hire Boats with 4
stroke outboards (tinnies) capable of fishing 4 people.
All boats come with safety gear, fish buckets,
cutting boards and knives.
Our Tackle shop is fully equipped for all of your
bait and tackle requirements.
